1. Contact Us: Call for order forms and set up the dates for your fundraiser program.

  2. Meeting(s): Setup a meeting with your group. Organize a team of volunteers, and develop a game plan that details every facet of your program (start date, ending date, ordering product date, and delivery date). Go over forms with group and answer their questions. Have them fill in the necessary information including dates and phone numbers. Set goals, create excitement and emphasize that the sale is to raise money for the benefit of the group.

  3. Start Date: Sale usually begins on this day and continues for two weeks. Attach a detailed cover letter with each order form instructing the sellers to neatly fill our their forms with their name and phone number as well as the buyer’s information. Have them tally the forms prior to turning them in.

  4. Ordering: The day after the sale ends, add up all of the groups order forms and place the cookie dough order with us by calling 1-866-DOUGH-4U (866-368-4448).

  5. Delivery Date: The delivery date is usually scheduled when you first setup your Fundraiser with us. Delivery is made within 1-2 weeks of the order date. Your group members then deliver the cookie dough to their families and friends.

    Additional Tips

    -      Place posters around school grounds

    -      Publicize your fundraiser on the local radio and televisions stations explaining why you are raising money -these are called PSA’s (public service announcements) and they are usually free to non-profit associations.

    -      Make daily announcements over the PA, in newspapers, and on bulletin boards regarding your group and individual goals, why you are raising the money, and when everything is to be turned in.

    -      Be Safe!   Avoid door to door sales (Chip-N-Dough does not endorse door to door sales)

    -      All fundraising efforts should be supervised by parents or adults

    -      Focus fundraising efforts on family and friends

    -      Parents can help by selling at the office and to friends

    -      Arrange your forms alphabetically once finished.

    -      Have Fun!
